  • While we don’t have a display showroom, you are always welcome by appointment to see our warehouse of inventory. Want to see specific items? Simply send us your wishlist! We will easily pull your desired items so you can see them up close and personal! If you are unsure of what items you may need, feel free to use your time to browse through our selection! We are more than happy to help you choose the right items for your event! To ensure someone is there to meet with you - appointments are required, walk-ins are not accepted!

  • To reserve your items for rental, you will first need to create a wishlist online or in store if needed. This will give you an initial quote and allow you to see if items are available for your event date. After we finalize the wishlist, we require a signed contract as well as a 40% deposit for the order. You can sign and pay the deposit all online! Final payment will be due no later than 7 days before the event pick up or delivery date.

  • Rental reservations should be placed as soon as you know the details of your event to ensure the availability of your desired rental items. All of our rentals are on a first come - first serve basis.

  • A 40% deposit is required to confirm your contract and full payment will be due no later than 7 days prior to your agreed upon date of pick up or delivery.

    *Additional fees will apply for credit card and e-check/ACH payments

  • Items can be added at anytime prior to your event, pending availability. Once a deposit is placed, you may remove one or more item(s) from your order, or cancel your entire order, according to the following schedule, but the following cancellation fees will apply. Subject to any category-specific cancellation policies:

    • 31 days prior: no cancellation fee

    • 30 days prior: 20% of contract total, less deposit (if refundable)

    • 14 days prior: 30% of contract total, less deposit (if refundable)

    • 7 days prior: 40% of contract total, less deposit (if refundable)

    • 7 days or less: contract is nonrefundable

    *Days prior refers to the number of days before the earliest pickup/setup/arrival time.

  • Prices are quoted as a flat fee for a period of 3 days, unless otherwise agreed upon. If personally returning the items, failure to return any items by the end of business (5:00pm) on the date specified on the contract will result in additional rental fees equal to the item’s price for each day late.

  • Chargers, glasses, flatware, plates, etc. should all be cleaned. Any cake stands or trays must also be cleaned. Failure to clean these items will result in a $150 cleaning fee. Please place dishes and glassware evenly into appropriate crates without overfilling a single crate.

  • Crates are provided for dishes, glassware, flatware, and smaller goods to ensure you receive your rental items undamaged, sanitized, and ready to use. Responsibility of the equipment remains with the client from the time of pickup/delivery until the time or return/pickup. Please be certain equipment is secured when not in use and protected from harm and/or weather.

    Charges will be assessed for any and all missing, broken, or damaged items, as well as linens that are lost, torn, burned, or soiled beyond cleaning. Please be careful of candle wax as it can permanently damage most linens. Should wax get on linens, the renter will be responsible for replacement of said linen. We strongly encourage the use of frameless candles or candles enclosed in glass holders, especially on table tops. In addition, all furniture must be picked up in an enclosed trailer or vehicle in order to protect items from rain and other harmful weather as well as hazardous road conditions and to avoid replacement charges.

  • No. Due to various materials and laundering requirements, we take care of cleaning all the linen items. Please return them in the totes/bags provided with the lids open. This will help prevent mildew or mold. We do ask that linens are shaken out and are returned without any loose food or wax on them.

  • All rental items must be returned, no matter their condition. In the event that rental items are missing, you will be contacted by a representative to arrange for their return. If items are lost or broken, a replacement charge will be incurred. Replacement chargers vary per item.

  • Yes! Delivery is offered upon request. While we are based in Albion, Illinois, we will service surrounding areas and states for an added fee. Delivery fee varies upon distance, gas prices, and other contributing factors.

  • Our space comfortably seats up to 50 guests for any sit-down event. For some come-and-go style gatherings or standing/cocktail-style events, we can accommodate additional guests, depending on your layout needs. Let us know your vision, and we can help you make it work!

  • Our events are rented out on a 6 hour basis. If more time is needed, that can be arranged for an extra fee!

  • Basic clean up is included in your rental. We will take care of sweeping/mopping the floors, laundering any rented linens, and removing the trash. We do ask that our guests help by gathering their trash into provided bins, clearing of the tables from any debris, and leaving the space in a tidy state so our team can efficiently complete tear down of your event.

  • Yes! Our basic rental includes long, 8ft tables and 50 white resin chairs to accommodate up to 50 seated guests.

    Round 60in tables and/or our vintage wooden chairs are also options to use if available for your event.

    We also provide 2 rolling bar/food tables that can be moved around the. space and are included in the rental fee. Guests also have access to our full rental inventory and can utilize 20% any additional available rental items!

  • Yes! While we don’t have a dedicated parking lot, there is ample street parking directly in front of the venue. Additionally, large public parking lots are located just a few feet away, making it easy and convenient for your guests to park!

  • Yes, to help preserve the integrity of our space, we ask that nothing be nailed, screwed, or taped directly to the walls. We are happy to suggest alternative ways to hang or display decor without causing damage.

    Open flames (such as candles) are welcome, but they must be fully enclosed in glass for safety.

    If you have a specific idea in mind, feel free to ask - we are happy to work with you to bring your vision to life while keeping the venue safe and clean.

  • Absolutely! We would love to help you set up your event! We offer hands-on set up for a small additional fee - we’ll be there to help physically with table and chair layout and set up, linen placement, and more. If you prefer ti DIY, we are also happy to offer verbal guidance, layout suggestions, and decorating tips at no charge.

    Plus, we can help design your event using specific pieces from our rental inventory to make your set up easy, stylish, and stress-free!

  • Outside food is always welcomed! You’re free to bring in your own food and/or work with any caterer of your choice.
